Dr. Gunjan Verma

- Dr. Gunjan Verma is a specialist in Special Needs Dentistry. He earned his Bachelor of Dental Surgery from The University of Adelaide in 2013. Following his graduation, Dr. Verma practiced in private dentistry in Tamworth, NSW, where he developed a keen interest in Special Needs Dentistry. This passion led him to the Westmead Centre for Oral Health, where he served as a resident in the Department of Oral Medicine, Oral Pathology, and Special Care Dentistry.
- Driven by his commitment to this specialized field, Dr. Verma returned to Adelaide for a year of research. He then pursued and completed a three-year specialist training in Special Needs Dentistry at The University of Adelaide, finishing in 2022.
- In addition to his private practice, Dr. Verma serves as a Visiting Specialist in Special Needs Dentistry at Hunter New England Oral Health. Here, he expertly manages a diverse range of cases, with a particular focus on patients with medically complex conditions. His dual roles in both public and private sectors underscore his dedication to providing exceptional care to all his patients.
